Prior to the final approval of the design, we encourage clients to actively participate and make any necessary modifications. However, please note that once a deposit or final payment have been submitted, refunds cannot be issued.
To ensure client satisfaction, we kindly request that you take advantage of the opportunity to request up to three editorial changes after Young’s Marketing Agency has fulfilled the initial design requirements. This will allow us to address any remaining revisions and deliver a final product that exceeds your expectations.
